Kent Lanes  14-11-14

Adam - 90
Dave - Series 3
Alan - 90
Paul - Series 3
+ Assorted Children and Alan wife (sorry didn’t catch her name....Karen)

Wrangling lane at Ludsdown seems to be a new favourite for burning out cars; there were two wrecks, one right in the middle of the Lane.
Adam used his high lift to bump the car over a bit but in the end he had to tow it sideways to give enough clearance to drive past.

We covered the lanes around Meopham, Burham and Holingbourne.
Finishing up at the Dirty habit in Holingbourne village at about 15:30
We should have stopped for a pint but we were all tired and looking forward to late Sunday lunch.

We had to do a bit of recovery work on Paul’s series as the Ruts were to deep for his tyres and he was dragging the diff and springs through the centre of the lane till he was completely beached, all 4 wheels off the ground Alan stuck a towing strop on his tow ball and pulled him for a couple of hundred yards till we were out of the worst of the ruts

Paul is now in the market for some bigger tyres and some springs !
